A logo animation for ButterflyMX, using their prexisting logo symbol and wordmark.
ButterflyMX is a company that develops various new technologies relating to easy property access through a smart intercom that you can control from your phone. A recurring motif for the company was “opening doors” and providing access to people, so I wanted to potray that through the animation as simply as possible.

The primary purpose of the project stemmed from the need for an intro sequence for ButterflyMX’s hardware installation tutorial videos. After brainstorming, the solution evolved into a logo animation that could be used as an intro for these videos, as well as a larger brand-wide animation that represented the company’s purpose and vision.
