Featured Projects

Personal Logo Animation (Concept)

A conceptual personal logo animation made in After Effects. The goal was to create a short clip that could be used as an end tag (or an intro) for my video projects.

I aimed to make a dynamic and playful motion graphic that was simple but also showed off some of my personality and skill.

Love and Heartbreak

Two strangers have an intimate meeting, but heartbreak slowly approaches.

An example of shot-reverse-shot (a conventional camera shot technique used for conversational scenes) but instead of using people, I created it using inanimate objects. A very fun project that required a lot of planning. Made for Still and Moving Images class.

Special Thanks: My kitchenware

The Bush (Short Narrative)

A very short narrative video telling the story of a girl walking home and something she encounters on the way. This was the final project for my Still and Moving Images class as a freshman at NYU.

I aimed to create a cold and eerie atmosphere using dark color grading and distant shots.

Retro Ice Cream Animation

An ice cream cone animation made to look like the old fashioned ice cream ads and illustrations from the 50's and 60's. I created that old fashioned feeling through the use of illustration style, color, music, and film grain effects.

I made all the assets and illustrations in Illustrator, and then imported and animated them using After Effects.

Song Intonation - Street Lights by Kanye West

A short composite animation for the song "Street Lights" made by using random assets and exploring different After Effects tools and effects.

The goal of this project was to learn After Effects by exploring the different options available, and to try and match the animation to the rhythm of the selected music.

Song used: "Street Lights" by Kanye West
(My personal favorite Kanye song)

Emotion (Silent + Alternate Cuts)

This project was a short experiment with the goal of trying to portray an emotion using only visuals.

Later iterations of this project included one with a music soundtrack, and one with sound effects (I tried to make it funnier), which could be used either to accentuate the original emotion or change it entirely.

Song used: "Xenoblade Chronicles Title Theme" composed by Yoko Shimomura
*The original emotion was Anxiety*
